Our Vans

Our Ruby Girl is the proud owner of a mini-fleet of coffee vans, Ruby On Wheels & Ruby’s Little Sister and as of September 2023, a cute-as-a-button gelato cart (she’s yet to be named…)

These legends are proudly staffed by our employees with disability and travel all over Perth, as well as the occasional cheeky pop up at the cafe. If you would like to book the vans for an event or visit, send your enquiry through via emailing events@ourrubygirl.com

RUBYS LITTLE SISTER

Our first coffee van was called Ruby On Wheels. It was bought & specially modified for Lizzie (one of our EEO staff). It was stolen in 2021 and recovered by the police 5 months later, now she is ours again! We’ve changed her name too – to better reflect her personality.

She was painted by a group of Year 6 students from Treeby Primary School in 2022 and looks absolutely fantastic! 

We use her for bigger events, sports carnivals, graduations and markets. 

RUBY ON WHEELS

Our coffee ute became part of the family after the trailer was stolen. A wonderful customer organised a crowd funding campaign to get the ute modified for Lizzie to work in and she’ll be branded in early 2024 (the ute, not Lizzie).

The ute has assumed the mantle of “Ruby On Wheels” and trades most days visiting schools, offices and smaller events.

GELATO BABY!

In what can only be described as a Sarah-worthy-impulse purchase, the cafe is now the proud owner of a teeny tiny gelato cart!
