THE KULA FOUNDATION

In 2022, Sarah started wondering how she could expand the work she is doing at a micro level at Our Ruby Girl and expand it to changing the way we do disability employment in Australia (go hard or go home right?).

In partnership with a long time Ruby Girl & Davids Wine Club regular, we have set about creating The Kula Foundation, a social enterprise transforming the world of disability employment. In fact, we have an Australian first model of standardising career development in people of all abilities, which is just really exciting.
